Maison de Cadays. St Vite.
This
beautiful totally renovated traditional stone built cottage with its tranquil
and delightful gardens is set in rural France with traditional fruit farms all
around with an abundance of wild birds and river wild life as we are only a
stone throw from the river Lot which runs behind the cottage which makes this a
must for any keen fisherman and also the bike path runs right passed us so what
better way to see true France With many historical villages towns, castles and
caves in this region this makes the ideal location for a perfect
holiday
At Petit Maison De Caday , we can offer a gastronomic delights prepared by Lynda who is a qualified chef with 27years experience in hotel and restaurant cuisine.
As well as self catering, there is also the addition of breakfast or a fantastic three course meal why don’t you have an arrival meal prepared for you so your vacation gets off to a relaxing start. We also have bed and breakfast.
In this beautiful well thought out renovated cottage every thing has been considered with a fabulous fully fitted oak kitchen which includes a washing machine, dishwasher oven, convection/micro oven and hob, there is a door out to BBQ area with table and chairs which looks over to our superb salt water swimming pool nestled amongst the delightful flower beds with its lighting around the pool and electricity so you can enjoy your evenings by the pool as well.
There are two bath rooms both with separate shower cubical and the upstairs bathroom also consist a bath.
The bedrooms are two large doubles and a double bedroom with two single beds we also have a cot if needed we supply all the bed linen with it being changed once a week The living area and dinning area are bright and airy( with sky T.V )with double French doors leading out to the court yard and another door that leds out to a lovely garden that looks over the farm land and a private path for you to walk down to the river Lot

Perhaps you will spend your time relaxing down on the River Lot fishing or out investigating one of the many walks or bike paths where you can take in the idyllic countryside.

Golf: a number of good standard courses are within 50kms and opening July 2009 a new 9 hole course only 10kms away in the most enchanting settings and views.
Cycling: The cycle path runs past the property. Cyclists from all over visit this region. The terrain can be as challenging as you want
Horse Riding: approximately 10 minutes away
Painting: This is a must for any artist with fields full of sunflowers or poppies. Big skies and beautiful landscapes where ever you look is a scene ready for a painting.

Theme parks Walbi theme park in Agen , Aquatic Park in Toulouse Park in The Sky: at Lacapellede Biron is 20 minutes drive, where all the family can take part in sky walks and climbing ect this is a great day out .
Fishing: a must for any fisherman as the River Lot is known for its good fishing.
Cannoning/Kayaking: This is very popular on the River Lot also relaxing on boat trips for the less energetic
Bird watching: This region is home for many varieties of birds various Eagles included.
Added to the above is the opportunity to visit many of the historical town and villages-Cahor Sarlet Domme Rocamadour Penne d’Agenais are only a few as well visit the historic Châteaux’s of Bonagil and Biron. There are plenty of local vineyards where you can spend your day tasting the local wine’s, together with eating out at the varied choose of restaurants.

We are blessed with bright blue skies and long hot summers with the temperature reaching in the 30’s in the height of summer and the spring and autumn being mild making this an ideal place any time of the year.
Alternatively you can relax and dine in the comfort of Caday either by yourselves or prepared by Lynda or have a BBQ by the poolside. All this together is all the right ingredients for a perfect holiday
